Biesterfeld and NUWEN extend European partnership

The French-based cosmetic ingredients company NUWEN and Biesterfeld Spezialchemie have signed a new agreement to intensify their cooperation in Europe. After successfully starting in Russia for a selected portfolio, the partnership has been extended and Biesterfeld will distribute NUWEN’s products in the Balkan countries, the Baltics, Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Romania and Slovakia.
 
Biesterfeld’s product portfolio now extends from conventional surfactants to innovative active ingredients including a broad selection of natural and derived natural raw materials suitable for various cosmetic applications. New to the portfolio are, for example, ready-to-use peel-off, exfoliating and rinse-off masks. Seawater, clays, marine actives as well as several micro and macro algae complement the product range. Algae are multi-talents in cosmetic formulations as they consist of 100% active substances and provide numerous positive effects for the body. It has been scientifically proven that effects including anti-aging, firming, regenerating or moisturising can be achieved using the right algae.
