At the same time, many are recognizing shifting U.S. federal policy—not as noise, but as opportunity—with reshoring and regulatory clarity offering a foundation for investment and growth. Yes, risks remain. But the tone across this year’s Pulse series tells a compelling story: this is not a sector on pause— it’s a sector in motion.
