CPL Aromas appoints country manager for India

CPL Aromas has appointed Ranjeet Agrawal as its new General Manager for India, working from the Group’s Mumbai centre.

CPL Aromas, the world’s leading ‘fragrance-only’ fragrance house has been investing significantly in India, creating a new state-of-the-art facility providing a centre with a team of full-service staff to service customers in India, undertaking creative perfumery and product performance testing. In addition to its centre in India, CPL Aromas recently initiated an important training facility in Mumbai – the College of Fragrance for the Visually Impaired (COFVI)  – which has been instrumental in training people with sight impairments and assisting many of them into employment, several within the fragrance sector due to their enhanced sense of smell.

Ranjeet Agrawal gained significant experience of the fragrance sector whilst working at fragrance house, IFF where he held a number of roles during over 7 years, latterly as Strategic Key Account Manager for Fragrances. Most recently, he was for over 2 years with Springfield Aromatics where he was Head of Creative Centre, Sales & Marketing.

Ranjeet holds a MMS degree in Marketing from Mumbai University and a BSC in Statistics from Mithibai College.
