Cross Link Consultoria e Comércio and Gowan Crop Protection have signed a letter of intent for Gowan to acquire Cross Link in Brazil. 

Cross Link has been the exclusive distributor of Gowan products in Brazil for over 25 years. The acquisition is expected to bring business continuity to both businesses and their partners in the future. Cross Link and Gowan expect to close the transaction by the end of 2018, subjected to the Brazilian Laws.
