Dominik de Daniel appointed new CFO at SGS 7th February 2019
SGS announces that Dominik de Daniel has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), replacing Carla De Geyseleer who has resigned from her position to pursue other career opportunities.
Frankie Ng, CEO of SGS, said: “I would like to thank Carla for her leadership, dedication, passion and hard work as a CFO. I particularly valued her professionalism and significant contribution to the SGS transformation. In addition to the group, she was also a great support to me over the past four years. We wish her all the very best in her future endeavors.”
Dominik de Daniel will take over Carla De Geyseleer’s position and join the Operations Council as of February 15.
For the last 18 years, Dominik de Daniel has held CFO positions in several leading public listed companies in the business service sector.
He has extensive financial as well as global commercial and leadership experience. Prior to joining SGS he was the CFO & COO of IWG plc., the global leader for flexible workspace. Between 2006 and 2015, he served as CFO of Adecco Group where he also successfully led the fast-growing solutions division as well as its joint venture in China. Dominik de Daniel had held the CFO position of DIS AG before the company was acquired by Adecco Group. He started his career in 1993 at Deutsche Bank.
