IMCD Group, a global leading distribution partner, and formulator of speciality chemicals and ingredients, has appointed Charles Page as Managing Director for South East Europe, effective February 1st, 2024.

In his new role, Charles will lead the strategic growth ambitions in the region, focusing on developing new and existing principals, driving internal and external commercial excellence, and further advancing digitalisation of the business. Working closely together with his team, he will explore further opportunities for M&A’s as well as developing new business.

Charles brings more than 20 years of experience in the Chemical and Materials industry. He previously held commercial and senior management positions in Avient Corporation and Arlanxeo. He joined IMCD in 2020 and since then has been successfully leading the Advanced Materials Business Unit in Germany.

Charles is British, holds an EMBA from ESSEC and Mannheim Business Schools and will be based at the IMCD office in Austria reporting to Frank Schneider. He will be replacing Johann Milchram, former Managing Director for SEE, who will assume a new role within the company as Managing Director of Canada.
